Nanhsing Elementary School is hosting a program called "Missing Taiwan" for kids of Chinese descent from countries like Japan, Australia, and the USA. It’s a way for these kids and the ones at our school to learn about each other’s cultures through classes and fun activities. There are some neat classes about life in other countries and the kinds of food people eat. 

The school had a special day on March 26 in the morning. There was a cool game where kids learned a lot and then enjoyed a picnic with dishes from all over the world.Kids who did good in the games got to try tasty snacks from Taiwan, like puffed rice and sweet potato balls. They could also win coupons for foods like American burgers or Japanese takoyaki. Then, with their snacks, they all had a picnic outside, which was a really good time to eat and learn with each other.

The school is going to keep doing fun things like this, teaching kids about the world, until the end of May.

南興國小正在舉辦一個名為「戀念台灣」的計畫，專為來自日本、澳洲和美國等國家的僑民兒童設計。這是讓這些孩子與我們學校的孩子們透過課程和有趣的活動，學習彼此的文化的一種方式。我們有一些很酷的課程，介紹其他國家的生活方式和人們吃的食物。

學校在3月26日上午安排了一個特別的日子。有一個很酷的遊戲，孩子們在其中學到了很多，然後還享受了一頓來自世界各地的野餐盛宴。在遊戲中表現好的孩子們有機會嘗試台灣的美味小吃，像是爆米香和地瓜球。他們還能贏得兌換美國漢堡或日式章魚燒的優惠券。然後，大家帶著他們的小吃到戶外野餐，這是一個非常棒的共同用餐和學習的時光。

學校將繼續舉辦這樣有趣的事情，教導孩子們了解世界，直到五月結束。

Theme: Unity in Diversity: Winter Language Exchange Camp in Taiwan

Purpose of the Camp:
The aim is to create a supportive and enriching environment where participants can learn, grow, connect, and have fun. The camp embraces the spirit of winter and multicultural exchange with a focus on the Philippines and Taiwan.
